YOUR DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE,. IF YOU CANCEL FOR ANY REASON, LESS THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE YOUR STAY YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF YOUR STAY.

NO SHOWS If you do not "show up" or notify the office that you need to cancel your reservation at least 30 days in advance, you will be charged for the entire amount of your stay. Please let us know if you plan to cancel your reservation please.

Pet Policy ( NO Pit Bulls )
    Monthly renters $300 pet deposit non refundable per pet.
    Nightly renters will be charged $30 per night per pet.

I understand not to leave my pet/s unattended in the room without putting the pet/s in a kennel. I also understand that any damages my pet does I will be responsible for &pay for the damages.
